Third Floor Bedroom Rental in the Heart of Washington Corridor! (FEMALE APPLICANTS ONLY) My sister, our Yorkie, and I are looking for a roommate for our 3-bedroom, free-standing townhouse in the heart of Washington Corridor. The third floor bedroom has its own en suite bathroom and a spacious walk-in closet. The bathroom has a granite countertop, unique brick flooring, and plenty of storage below the sink. The laundry room is only steps from the bedroom on the third floor. The second floor of the property contains the living room/study, the furnished dining room, kitchen, and a half bath. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, oven, sink, dishwasher, and fridge. These appliances are all high-end and stainless steel. Next to the kitchen, there is a built-in desk area with cabinet storage above and below the desk surface. You can store your food, kitchen supplies, dishes, etc. in this area. The property is on a fully gated street. Parking is on the street outside of the gate, as our garage is fully occupied. The total square footage of the townhouse is 2, 326 square feet. In addition to this square footage, the property has a balcony on the second floor and a small, private backyard. The monthly roommate rent is $1300 per month, which includes all of the space described above, water, trash service, pest control, HOA, and maid service twice per month. The property is located within walking distance to the metro, Buffalo Bayou Park, and more. We are looking for a long-term renter (a minimum of 12 months would be ideal). In addition, due to severe allergies, we will provide all the cleaners necessary to clean the house, dishes, and clothing. However, gas and electricity are not included in the monthly rent and will be split three ways each month. In addition, we currently have Xfinity TV/Internet/Security services. If you would like to use these services, then we can split that bill as well. The room is available for occupation almost immediately.
