My husband and I have a fully furnished room for rent in our three bedroom home. You will be our only roommate. We have two dogs, two lizards, a snake, and a frog and are open to the idea of you bringing your own pets- NO CATS. Our house is the corner cul-de-sac house on a 8500 sq/ft lot, most of this land is in the fully fenced backyard. We also have a doggie door to let the fur babies loose during the day. Our home is protected with a security system for our piece of mind, but the neighborhood is safe and inviting. There is a walking track, swimming pool, and small park. The bedroom itself is aprox. 15 X15 and has a large walk in closet. The queen bed is a memory foam mattress and sleeps like a cloud! Any furniture that is not in use can be removed from the room on request. We have a fully functioning washer/dryer set-up in the garage and their use is included in rent. We have a spacious kitchen that allows for your storage of food/dishware if you so desire. The hall bath will be shared or private depending on the terms of the agreement. This property allows convenient access to beltway 8 and HWY 249. There are restaurants, gas stations, and grocery stores within walking distance in every direction. All utilities will be included (water, electricity, wi-fi, cable T.V. service in the living room, laundry machines, etc) but general housekeeping will be required. All common areas must be kept clutter-free within reason. Dishes should not stack up in the sink until there is no clean dishware in the cabinets- you get the point.
